1. Service Overview

Mockup Stage ("Service") is a web application that generates AI-powered photorealistic website mockups. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Credits & Payment

Free accounts receive 2 credits upon signup. Paid plans (Pro and Studio) provide additional credits and features as described on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Credits reset monthly with your billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your billing dashboard.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any website URLs and screenshots you submit. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide.

Generated mockups are licensed to you for commercial use on paid plans. Free-tier mockups include a Mockup Stage watermark and may be featured in our public gallery for promotional purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on third-party rights. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent the Service's security measures or rate limits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Mockup Stage. AI-generated mockups are created using third-party models and are provided "as-is." We make no guarantees about the uniqueness or copyright status of generated images.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
